A great new, MUCH NEEDED restaurant has opened in Central Phoenix! Maizie’s Café and Bistro is cute, quaint, urban and delicious! And it’s not just for chics, fellas. Without a doubt, one of the best burgers in town, Maize’s also offers substantial yummy salads, pasta dishes and sandwiches including one of our favs, the Groovy Grilled Cheese (brie, Granny Smith apples and bacon on buttery toasted bread – to die!) Happy hour specials will make you very happy with a large selection of beers and wines, as will treats like their unique wingless buffalo dip, yep, wingless buffalo dip. I absolutely loved this cafe!! I tried the groovy grilled cheese sandwich as you suggested - DEVINE!!! Thanks kitchen sink studios for the suggestion! I'll definitely go back to Maizie's again soon.
