Summer Monsoon X 10
Last Friday, many of us woke to find serious damage after a series of fast-moving thunderstorms packing hurricane-force winds (75-100mph) plowed through the Valley, knocking down power poles, uprooting trees and leaving homes and businesses without power. At KSS, we lost our only large tree, a beautiful mesquite, and with it, part of the sidewalk. Good news – Ole Blue was due west when the tree went due north. . .
