This is so fresh, and fun to explore. Love the navigation, the copy and the quotes. I've never seen anything like it -- and your work is truly impressive. Congratulations, kss!
First off, nice job on the reworked site. Well thought out and executed. Only suggestion would be for the 'The Work' section. When you perhaps mouse over the thumbnails have an additional box or something letting you know what type of work you'll be seeing if in fact you make the click.
Great site! You may want to have some sort of rollover on the little "box like navigation" at the bottom to tell people what each section on the grid is - difficult to tell right now.
From a design perspective, it looks awesome, from a usability perspective, it's a pain in the ass. perhaps be able to drag the entire page instead of having to click on the grid every time you want to click on a new section.

Great site! Found you through TDC - The Design Cubicle blog. Great to know we have something so refreshing here in Phx.
Congrats!
(By the way, just wanted to point out that "collaborative" is misspelled on the home page graphic.)
